In 2003, Keith’s talents took him to Los Angeles, where he served as Operations Manager at Zaring-Cioffi Entertainment, a company renowned for producing celebrity-hosted fundraising events.
Returning to the Westin Seattle Hotel in 2006, Keith immersed himself in the demanding banquet department. As a premier event location in Seattle, he acquired extensive experience in fine dining, banquet operations, and bartending, honing his skills as a sought-after mixologist.
The allure of Southern California’s sunshine brought Keith to San Diego in 2009. He joined Dr. Nathan Hornsby at the Cosmetic Dentistry Center of San Diego and served as the Southern California market manager for Seattle-based Shake Bartenders. As a master mixologist, Keith’s expertise graced many events throughout the Southern California area.
Keith’s diverse background and passion for mixology culminated in the launch of Fluid early in 2017. His commitment to excellence and innovation continues to shape Fluid’s success, making it a leading choice for bartending services in the region.
