Keith Mooney
Fluid partner Keith Mooney brings a wealth of experience in operations logistics and hospitality to our team. His journey began as Manager for Ace Parking at the Sheraton Seattle and the Westin Seattle Hotels, where he played a vital role in coordinating high-profile events for organizations like Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, ARCS, and the Boys and Girls Club.
In 2003, Keith’s talents took him to Los Angeles, where he served as Operations Manager at Zaring-Cioffi Entertainment, a company renowned for producing celebrity-hosted fundraising events.
Returning to the Westin Seattle Hotel in 2006, Keith immersed himself in the demanding banquet department. As a premier event location in Seattle, he acquired extensive experience in fine dining, banquet operations, and bartending, honing his skills as a sought-after mixologist.
The allure of Southern California’s sunshine brought Keith to San Diego in 2009. He joined Dr. Nathan Hornsby at the Cosmetic Dentistry Center of San Diego and served as the Southern California market manager for Seattle-based Shake Bartenders. As a master mixologist, Keith’s expertise graced many events throughout the Southern California area.
Keith’s diverse background and passion for mixology culminated in the launch of Fluid early in 2017. His commitment to excellence and innovation continues to shape Fluid’s success, making it a leading choice for bartending services in the region.
James Holloway
Raised in California’s Coachella Valley, Fluid partner James Holloway brings over 12 years of hospitality and entertainment experience. Starting as a server and later managing venues across Southern California, James learned from top mixologists from New York City and Los Angeles. His five years at the Saguaro Hotel under Iron Chef Jose Garces shaped his style. He helped open El Jefe, a tequila bar in Palm Springs, and worked at Tinto, specializing in unique Spanish cocktails. James’s eight years in special event catering and his role as the Southern California market manager for Shake Bartenders showcase his passion for spirits, dance, and music. His commitment to professionalism and service makes him a vital asset to Fluid.
John Zaring
With over 30 years of strategic experience in entertainment and event industries, John Zaring is the mastermind behind Fluid’s operations across Greater Los Angeles. His illustrious career integrates celebrity-driven event management, public relations, television & film production, and talent representation.
As a partner in the Zaring Group, John’s portfolio includes producing the annual Cabo Comedy Festival in Los Cabos and creating special events across Mexico, such as the Cuisine of the Sun Food Festival, Grand Chefs Fest, and Vallarta-Nayarit Classic Rock Festival. His firm also specializes in recruiting and escorting stars to 5-star resorts in Mexico and Guatemala.
Before founding the Zaring Group in 2007, John served as President of Zaring/Cioffi Entertainment (ZCE), focusing on celebrity-driven fundraisers. His notable projects include Richard Karn StarDays, Marg Helgenberger & Alan Rosenberg Celebrity Weekend, Dennis Quaid Charity Weekend, and NAACP Image Awards.
John’s commitment to community service is evident in his involvement with various organizations in the Santa Clarita Valley, including the WiSH Education Foundation, Castaic Town Council’s Land Use Committee, and the City of Santa Clarita Performing Arts Commission’s Arts Education Committee.
Residing in Castaic and celebrating 25 years of marriage, John’s personal life is as vibrant as his professional career. His daughters Fiona and Kylie pursue their passions in broadcast journalism and education, reflecting John’s influence and values.
